Thierry Henry ddelivers his verdict on yesterday's Old Trafford draw

The Gunners left it late to earn a point against Manchester United on Saturday as they came from a goal down to snatch a 1-1 draw against Jose Mourinho’s men.

Olivier Giroud came off the bench to head home the equaliser after Juan Mata had put United in front in the first half.

The draw marked Arsenal’s second successive stalemate in the Premier League after their 1-1 clash with Tottenham before the international break.

And although Arsenal legend Henry feels that the Gunners will be happy with a point in the circumstances, he feels that his former side will have to step their game up if they want to win the title this season.

Speaking on Sky Sports after Saturday’s game, Henry said: “If they want to win the league they will have wanted to win here.

“Again, they lost a chance to be on top this weekend.

“Yes, it looked great because they came back into the game and saved a point.

“But overall was that the game that we wanted to see from an Arsenal point of view? Maybe not, but give them their credit. They came back into it.”
